Yellowbanks Dulcimer Festival This annual folk music event takes place at English Park on the "Banks of the Ohio" and is in it's thirteenth year. The two-day festival promotes and celebrates the mountain dulcimer as the designated Kentucky state instrument. FREE concerts and workshops on various folk instruments are offered by professional performers. A family music weekend with instruction for all levels from beginning to advanced, children to adults. Handmade crafts, music vendors and food add to the festival atmosphere
